We deliver across the Czech Republic and internationally. Some products may be subject to restrictions and cannot be shipped to all destinations.

Once your order ships, we'll estimate dispatch and delivery dates based on stock availability and the shipping method you choose.

If you have any questions about shipping, feel free to contact us at zakaznik@spikeprague.cz.

We have a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return without giving a reason. The item must be in its original box and show no signs of wear.

Read more about returns — you'll also find the return and claim form there.

In exceptional cases delivery may be delayed. Thank you for your understanding and patience — for questions about your order status, contact us at zakaznik@spikeprague.cz.
